Soon to Rise: The Grove at Grand Bay

The Grove at Grand Bay ResidenceThe demolition of the Grand Bay Hotel started January 22, Tuesday to make way for an awaited $400 million worth glass condo towers called the The Grove at Grand Bay. The Grove has a very unique twist and turn design makes it stand out from the rest of the buildings. This will make it as a significant landmark as an evidence of the evolution of condominium architecture. This was a project that features a two 20 story building accommodating 69 units.
